  1. Remove bolt securing steering column to steering rack pinion.
  2. Remove bolt securing steering column to support bracket.
  3. Remove steering column assembly.
Remove steering column assembly.
  1. Remove nuts securing steering rack track ends to front hubs.
  2. Break taper joints using tool 18G 1584.
  3. Disconnect track rod ends from front hubs.
Disconnect track rod ends from front hubs.
  1. Remove nuts and bolts securing front dampers to suspension upper arms, collect spacers and washers.
