SUN ROOF MOTOR

Service repair no - 76.82.53

Remove

  1. Remove headlining. See Interior trim components.
Sun roof motor – Remove headlining. See Interior trim components.
  1. Remove 2 Lucars from sun roof motor.
  2. Remove multiplug from sun roof motor.
  3. Remove 3 screws securing motor to sun roof tray.
  4. Remove motor.

Refit

  1. Position motor to sun roof tray and tighten bolts to 9 Nm.
  2. Fit multiplug and Lucars to motor.
  3. Fit headlining. See Interior trim components.

SUN ROOF DRAIN TUBE

Service repair no - 76.82.21

Remove

  1. Remove headlining. See Interior trim components.
Sun roof drain tube – Remove headlining. See Interior trim components.
  1. Release clip securing drain tube to sun roof tray.
  2. Release drain tube from sun roof tray.
  3. Raise vehicle.

WARNING: Support on safety stands.

  1. Remove road wheel(s).
  2. Remove wheel arch liner. See Exterior fittings.
Sun roof drain tube – Remove wheel arch liner. See Exterior fittings.
  1. Release drain tube grommet from body.
  2. Withdraw drain tube down through wheel arch.
