UNDERBELLY PANEL ’L’ SERIES

Service repair no - 76.10.50

Remove

  1. Raise front of vehicle.

WARNING: Support on safety stands.

Underbelly panel ’l’ series – Raise front of vehicle.
  1. Remove 2 scrivets and 7 bolts securing underbelly panel.
  2. Remove underbelly panel. Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.
  3. Release 4 turnbuckles and remove access panel from underbelly panel.
  4. Remove turnbuckle fixings from underbelly panel.

Refit

  1. Fit turnbuckle fixings to underbelly panel.
  2. Fit access panel and secure with turnbuckles.
  3. Fit underbelly panel.
  4. Fit scrivets and bolts to secure underbelly panel.
  5. Remove stand(s) and lower vehicle.

ENGINE ACOUSTIC COVER - ’L’ SERIES

Service repair no - 76.11.06

Remove

Engine acoustic cover - ’l’ series – Service repair no - 76.11.06
  1. Remove bolts securing acoustic cover to engine.
  2. Remove engine acoustic cover.

Refit

  1. Fit engine acoustic cover.
  2. Fit and tighten securing bolts.
