7. Remove stud from ’A’ post lower finisher, and remove finisher.

8. Disconnect bonnet release cable from release lever.
9. Release cable grommet from panel under wing, pull cable through panel into car.

Refit

1. Position cable and pass through panel, secure grommet to panel.
2. Connect cable to release lever.
3. Position finisher to ’A’ post, secure with stud.
4. Fit carpet retainer and tread plate, fit retaining screws.
5. Pass cable through wing panel and across to bonnet lock.
6. Fit clips to cable, secure cable under wing and bonnet support platform.
7. Refit bonnet lock.
