1 - Differential
q   Disassembling and assembling
2 - Gearbox
q   Repairing → Chapter
3 - Oil drain plug, torque setting → Chapter
4 - Flange shaft with compression spring
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
q   Assembling
5 - 25 Nm conical bolt
6 - Bolt, 5 Nm and tighten 90 º more
q   Self-locking
q   Always replace.
q   To secure the allotment with grooved ball bearings for the input and secondary shaft → Item
7 - Hexagon flange nut, 23 Nm
q   Gear selection mechanism → Item
q   Self-locking
q   Always replace.
8 - O ring
q   Always replace.
9 - Bearing pin
10 - Bolt, 5 Nm and tighten 90 º more
q   Always replace.
11 - Selector shaft with selector shaft cover
q   (Control unit)
q   Repairing → Chapter
12 - Bolt, 5 Nm and tighten 90 º more
q   Always replace.
13 - Bolt, 6 Nm
14 - Gearbox neutral position sender -G701 -
q   For vehicles with start stop system
15 - Reversing light switch -F4 -, 20 Nm
q   Fitted with safety seal just after the gearbox was first mounted as standard
16 - Seal
q   If fitted, always renew
17 - Gear selection mechanism
q   (Selector forks)
q   Repairing → Chapter
18 - Input shaft and output shaft with bearing mounting and deep groove ball bearing
q   Replace the allotment whenever it detaches from the gearbox casing
q   Remove and install the bearing mounting: Disassembly and assembly of the input shaft → Item
q   Disassembly and assembly of the input shaft → Chapter
q   Disassembly and assembly of the secondary shaft → Chapter
19 - Reverse gear pinion axis
20 - Reverse gear wheel
21 - Bolt, 25 Nm and tighten 90 º more
q   Always replace.
q   To fasten reverse gear pinion axis
22 - Oil collector
23 - Magnet
24 - Oil guide
