Control Unit, Remove and Install
Important!
Note Safety regulations - see "Safety regulations for pyrotechnic systems" in the "introduction".
Remove, Disconnect
Disconnect battery and wait 1 minute until the capacitor has been discharged.
Centre console. Disconnect wiring harness plug. Control unit - 3 nuts.
Install, Connect
Control unit - tightening torque 10 Nm. Centre console.
If a new control unit is installed, it must be programmed - see Checking Procedures "Airbag".
