Slide Block, Replace

Remove

Remove operating unit - see operation "Operating Unit, Replace".

Remove water deflector panel (gutter) - see operation "Water Deflector Panel (Gutter), Replace".

Unscrew crank drive from operating unit.

Pull plug from end of roof guide.

Pull guide parts assembly from continuous guide rail.

Release slide block and remove slide block from front guide connecting rod.

Install

Grease sliding surfaces of slide block (high pressure grease).

Insert slide block in front guide connecting rod and secure.

Insert slide block in lower groove of roof guide.

Push guide part assembly into roof guide until lever catches in roof guide recess.

Push cable guide in until centre of guide bolt aligns with adjustment notch.

2     Guide bolt

3     Adjustment notch

Place plug on end of roof guide.

Adjust crank drive - see operation "Crank Drive, Adjust" - and install it.

Install water deflector panel (gutter) - see operation "Water Deflector Panel (Gutter), Replace".

Install operating unit - see operation "Operating Unit, Replace".
