INTERIOR LIGHTS NOT WORKING / UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

The interior lights do not work when the relevant controls are operated.

1	CHECK ON INDIVIDUAL LIGHTS	All OK	Problems met	Operation
		Results of the tests
	Check: the condition of the individual bulbs the condition of the bulb holders state and operation of courtesy light switches	Continue to Step 2	Courtesy light bulb faulty	Change the bulb
			Front courtesy light faulty	Restore or replace the courtesy light Op. Op. 7040E40 MODULAR FRONT COURTESY LIGHT - R R
			Rear courtesy light faulty	Restore or replace the courtesy light Op. Op. 7040E16 REAR COURTESY LIGHT - R+R
2	CHECK ON INTERIOR LIGHTING ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check, in order: Body Computer supply connections between courtesy lights and Body Computer; connection to +30 courtesy lights; Courtesy light earth connection See See E2510 COURTESY LIGHTS	Continue to Step 3	Connections not correct	Restore the correct connections See See E2510 COURTESY LIGHTS
			Body Computer earth faulty	Restore the earth connection See See E2510 COURTESY LIGHTS
			Faulty Body Computer supply	Restore connection See See E2510 COURTESY LIGHTS
3	CHECK ON SIGNAL	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check that when one of the side doors is opened, an earth signal is sent from the Body Computer to the courtesy light	Continue to Step 4	No earth signal from Body Computer	Restore the correct supply to the Body Computer. If necessary, replace the Body Computer Op. Op. 5505A32 BODY COMPUTER - R R
4	CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATION	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check that the fault is no longer present	End of diagnosis
