1. Disconnect both injection lead/front lead joints shown in the figure.
2. Disconnect reverse inhibition lead from gearbox by undoing the screw shown in the figure and the earth cable.
3. Undo nut (1) and lock-nut (2) to disconnect the clutch cable from the control lever.
4. Disconnect the gear lever by undoing the nut shown in the figure.
5. Disconnect the gear selection cable head, raise the retaining fork shown in the figure and place the assembly to one side in the engine bay.
