The steering is not locked with the vehicle stationary and the key extracted

		Results of the tests
	First of all check that none of the following conditions exists: . 5 seconds have not elapsed since the key was extracted . The same key or another object was inserted in the key recognition device within 5 seconds of the key being extracted . A key recovery extraction was carried out	Move on to Step 1	5 seconds have not elapsed since the key was extracted	Wait for 5 seconds
			The same key or another object was inserted in the key recognition device within 5 seconds of the key being extracted	Do not reinsert the key or another object in the recognition device
			A key recovery extraction was carried out	Proceed as instructed See table B006 KEY CANNOT BE EXTRACTED FROM BLOCK
1	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Connect the diagnostic equipment to the diagnostic socket and check at the brake node that the data for the wheel speed is valid	Move on to Step 2	Error detected for the wheel speed	Continue as described by the diagnostic equipment
2	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Connect the diagnostic equipment to the diagnostic socket and check the following at the steering lock node: - That there are no errors - Continuity of the wiring See E7065 ELECTRIC STEERING LOCK - B-Can continuity - Correct presence of signals at the steering lock	Move on to Step 3	Presence of errors	Continue as described by the diagnostic equipment
			Wiring broken	Restore wiring See E7065 ELECTRIC STEERING LOCK
			B-Can interrupted	Restore B-Can continuity See E1050 CAN CONNECTION LINES
			Signals not correct	Restore signals See E7065 ELECTRIC STEERING LOCK
3	STEERING LOCK OPERATION CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Using the diagnostic equipment, check in active diagnosis that the steering lock is working properly	End of diagnosis	Steering lock defective	Replace the steering lock node Op. 5580E17 STEERING LOCK - R.R
