Timing belt (page 2 of 5)

Working from the lower part of the vehicle, proceed as follows: 1. loosen the rear bolt fixing the air conditioning compressor (arrow). Working via the engine compartment, proceed as follows: 2. loosen the upper bolt fixing the air conditioning compressor (arrow);

3. loosen the belt tension adjustment screw and remove the compressor drive belt.

Working from the lower part of the vehicle, proceed as follows: 4. loosen the alternator bracket fixing, nut (arrow); 5. loosen the alternator bracket fixing, nut (arrow), then remove the alternator drive belt.
