Fit tool 1860745200 on tool 1860745100 (see detail).

Fit the tool on the belt tensioner and, acting on the join, position the millimetre rod so that it is horizontal.

Let the toothed belt bed in making the crankshaft complete two revolutions in the direction of rotation. Tighten the belt tensioner fixing bolt.

NOTE If during the tightening the rod should move from its horizontal position, it is necessary to act once again on the join returning the rod to the horizontal position and repeating the operation.

Then re-check the timing.

Refit the alternator drive pulley and tighten the fixing nut to the recommended torque.

Refit the other components working in the reverse order to the removal.
