Refit

• Complete with Op. 1020D30 Oil seal COVER flywheel side - R+R and Replace gaskets with flywheel removed.
• Complete with Op. 1024B22 ENGINE FLYWHEEL - R+R with clutch removed for versions with manual gearbox.
• Complete with Op. 1810A20 CLUTCH - R+R.
• Complete with Op. 1810A24 CLUTCH - R+R with gearbox removed.
• Complete with Op. 2110A10 MANUAL GEARBOX with differential - R+R.
• Complete with Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR FILTER - R+R.
• Assemble the left supplementary wheel housing (refer to Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL HOUSING (one)- R+R.).
• Complete with Op. 4450B12 Front WHEELS (two) - R.R.
• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Close the engine compartment.
• Remove the vehicle from the hoist.

1020D30 - OIL SEAL COVER FLYWHEEL SIDE - R+R AND REPLACE GASKETS WITH FLYWHEEL REMOVED

Removal

1. Unscrew the crankshaft rear cover screws.
2. Remove the crankshaft rear cover with the oil seal.

• At the bench take out the oil seal from the crankshaft rear cover.

Refitting

• Assemble the crankshaft rear cover and fasten with its screws.
• Lubricate the crankshaft oil seal edges with engine oil.
