3. Take out the brake servo vacuum intake pipe.

1. Take out the coolant pipe from the thermostat.
2. Take out the coolant pipe from the strap on the ignition coil support.

1. Disconnect the cables from the spark plugs.

1. unscrew the tappet cover screws with the supply duct using the tool

2. Remove the tappet cover with supply duct together with the gasket and throttle case.

Refitting

• Fit the new tappet cover gasket.
• Assemble the tappet cover with supply duct together with the throttle case.
• Tighten the screws of the tappet cover with supply duct to correct torque using the tool

• Fit the coolant pipe in the strap on the ignition coil support.
• Connect the cables to the spark plugs.
• Insert coolant pipe on thermostat.
• Insert the brake servo vacuum intake pipe.
• Insert the vacuum intake pipe of the fuel vapours cut off solenoid valve.
• Insert the absolute pressure sensor pipe .
• Insert the fuel recycling and inlet pipes on the throttle case.
• Connect the accelerator control hose to the throttle case.
• Complete with Op. 1068A10 ACCELERATOR PEDAL CONTROL - Check, adjust if necessary, lubrication.
