(Cont. Op. 1080B60)
- Raise the vehicle.
- Unscrew the screws (1a) fastening the engine compartment protection (1b) and remove.
- Take out the lambda sensor electric cable from the strap.
- Unscrew the lambda sensor and remove.
Refitting
- To have a good thermal coupling apply the grease indicated on the lambda sensor thread

- Tighten the lambda sensor to correct torque

When tightening, do not put pressure on the lambda sensor as this could cause irreparable damage.
- Insert the lambda sensor electric cable in the strap.
- Assemble the engine compartment protection and fasten with its screws.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Electrically connect the lambda sensor

- Remove the vehicle from the hoist.
1080B62 - CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R+R
Removal
- Position the vehicle on a hoist.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

- Raise the vehicle.
- Follow Op. 1076B50 Exhaust PIPE attachment to engine/manifold - R+R.
- Loosen the exhaust silencer flange nut.
