  1. Take out the air conditioner compressor belt.

  1. Unscrew screw (1a) and take the rev sensor (1b) from its seat.

  1. Remove the air conditioner compressor belt.

Refitting

  • Assemble the air conditioner compressor belt.
  • Complete with Op. 1092D14 Air conditioner compressor BELT - Tension adjustment
  • Insert the rev sensor in its seat and tighten the fastening screw.

  • Complete with Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL HOUSING (one) - R.R.
  • Complete with Op. 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.
  • Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

  • Remove the body protection cover.
  • Remove the vehicle from the hoist.

1092D14 - AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR BELT - TENSION ADJUSTMENT

  • Position the vehicle on a hoist.
  • Assemble the body protection covers.
  • Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

  • Follow Op. 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.
  • Follow Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL HOUSING (One) - R.R.
  1. Loosen the compressor belt tightener screw.
  2. Move the compressor belt tightener(2a) to tension the belt (2b) and lock the tightener screw.
