  1. Undo the bolts securing the engine cooling reservoir.
  2. Move the coolant reservoir without disconnecting the pipes.

  1. Remove the wiring from the timing gear top cover.
  2. Undo the bolts on the timing gear top cover.
  3. Remove the timing gear top cover.

  1. Rotate the crankshaft to line up the timing marks on the driven pulley and cylinder head.

  1. Loosen the bolt securing the air conditioner compressor drive belt tensioner.
  2. Move the air conditioner compressor drive belt tensioner.
  3. Remove the air conditioner compressor drive belt.

  1. Undo the crankshaft pulley bolts.
  2. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
