5520B10 - STARTER MOTOR R.R.

Removal

  1. Remove cover (1a) from the panel. Remove the nut and disconnect the electric wire(1b) leading from the battery.

  1. Remove the three screws fastening the starter motor to the gearbox. Remove starter motor from engine compartment.

Refitting

  • Position the starter motor and screw the three screws fastening the starter motor to the gearbox.
  • Reconnect the electric wire leading from the ignition block and screw the fastening nut.
  • Reconnect the electric wire leading from the battery. Screw the fastening nut and fit the cover of the respective panel.

Removal

  • Position the vehicle on a shop jack.
  1. From the upper part of the engine compartment, remove the screw fastening the starter motor to the gearbox.
