• Carefully clean the windscreen seat with compressed air and thoroughly degrease with heptane and disposable paper.

• Check the window in order to verify it is not damaged.
• Working on the window (1a) cut and level the sealant cord (1b) to reduce the thickness to a minimum.

It is not necessary to remove completely the remaining sealant.

• Carefully clean with compressed air the window silk-screened perimetric area and degrease with heptane and disposable paper.

• Use a new seal.
• Fit the seal on the window perimeter.

1. Use the suction cups(1a) and place the window (1b) in its seat with a second operator help, mark the right alignment of the window with its seat with masking tape stripes (1c).

• Cut the masking tape stripes, remove the window and place it on the stand with the help of a second operator.

1. With a pneumatic gun (1a) extrude a sealant cord (1b) along the window perimeter as evenly as possible. Start the operation from the centre of the bottom edge and continue without interruption for the entire window perimeter. .

• Use a new seal.
• Fit the seal on the window perimeter.

1. Use the suction cups(1a) and place the window (1b) in its seat with a second operator help, mark the right alignment of the window with its seat with masking tape stripes (1c).
