• Use a new seal.
• Fit the seal on the window perimeter.

Do not touch the previously treated area with the hands

1. Use the suction cups (1a) and place the window(1b) in its seat with a second operator help,mark the window right alignment in its seat with masking tape stripes(1c).
2. Cut the masking tape stripes, remove the window and place it on the stand with the help of a second operator.

1. With a pneumatic gun (1a) extrude a sealant cord (1b) along the window perimeter as evenly as possible. Start the operation from the centre of the bottom edge and continue without interruption for the entire window perimeter.

1. With the help of a second operator, position the window in its seat, consider the adjustment references (1a), position the belt as shown in the figure (1b) and tension it to exert a uniform pressure on the entire window to ensure perfect coupling between window (1c), sealant (1d) and frame (1e).
