DESCRIPTION

The instrumentation includes an electronic speedometer, whose signal is produced by a Hall effect speedometer sensor located on the vehicle differential, a fuel gauge, an analogue clock and a series of warning lights.

On some versions there is also an electronic rev counter, located in an instrument in a separate module positioned in the centre above the dashboard Wiring diagram E4020 TACHOMETER .

The fuel level is displayed by an electronic circuit inside the module, which operates the gauge and also the warning light for the reserve (5-7 litres) and also 'dampens' the signal, preventing fluctuations.

The electronic type clock consists of a display which is adjusted by means of a button on the outside of the control panel.

The operation of the warning lights which are not included in other functions are illustrated:

• - fuel reserve level;
• - high engine coolant temperature;
• - insufficient brake fluid level/handbrake applied;
• - minimum oil pressure;
