REAR AXLE AND FINAL DRIVE

NEW RANGE ROVER

REPAIR

MASS DAMPER

Service repair no - 51.25.10

Remove

1. Raise rear of vehicle.

WARNING: Support on safety stands.

2. Remove 2 bolts securing mass damper to rear

axle.

3. Remove rear mass damper.

Refit

4. Position mass damper to rear axle, fit bolts and

tighten to

45 Nm. (33 lbf.ft)

5. Remove stand(s) and lower vehicle.
