19. Remove forward tensioner spring from culisse.

20. Release retaining washer and remove retaining pin.
21. Remove drive cable from culisse.

Refit

1. Clean sealant from frame and end cap. Clean contaminated lubricant from culisse and frame channels. Assemble using Isoflex L32 grease.
2. Position drive cable to culisse, fit retaining pin and secure with retaining washer.
3. Fit forward tensioner spring to culisse and rear support to spring.

4. Insert spacer between culisse and rear support, slide culisse and drive cable assembly into frame channel.

CAUTION: Fit spacer with OPEN END to LH side of sunroof.

5. Insert buffer into drive channel.

6. Apply sealant to groove, around and onto end cap flange.
7. Fit end cap and tighten screws to 4 Nm.
8. Insert drive cables into tubes, position motor bracket to frame and tighten screws to 3.5 Nm.
9. Fit clips and secure cable tubes to end caps.
