  1. Slacken clip and disconnect breather hose from camshaft cover.
  2. Disconnect multiplug from air flow meter
  3. Release 2 clips securing air flow meter housing to air filter.
  4. Slacken clip and disconnect air intake hose from turbocharger.
Slacken clip and disconnect air intake hose from turbocharger.
  1. Slacken clip and disconnect intercooler hose from turbocharger pipe.
  2. Remove 3 bolts securing turbocharger pipe to cylinder head, collect engine lifting bracket.
  3. Slacken clip and disconnect pipe from turbocharger.
  4. Remove turbocharger pipe.
Remove turbocharger pipe.
  1. Remove banjo bolt securing oil feed pipe to turbocharger, collect 2 sealing washers.
  2. Disconnect boost pressure sensing pipe from turbocharger.
Disconnect boost pressure sensing pipe from turbocharger.
  1. Disconnect vacuum pipe from EGR valve.
  2. Remove 2 bolts securing recirculation pipe to inlet manifold.
  3. Remove 2 Allen screws securing EGR valve to exhaust manifold.
  4. Release and remove EGR valve.
  5. Remove and discard gasket.
  6. Raise front of vehicle.
