Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R

Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.

1. Adjust the mobile tensioner to slacken the tension in the auxiliary drivebelt.

2. Release and remove the auxiliary drivebelt.

Refitting

- Fit the engine components single drive belt.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1.4 16v

Removing

1. Adjust the belt tensioner (1a) to loosen and then remove the engine components drive belt (1b).

Refitting

- Adjust the belt tensioner and fit the auxiliary drivebelt.

1.4 16v TJet

Removing

1. Adjust the belt tensioner (1a), insert the locking pin (1b) and remove the engine components single drive belt (1c).

Refitting

- Fit the auxiliary drive belt, operating the belt tensioner to remove the locking pin.
