Removing

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.

1. Release the blind (1a) from the drivers (1b) using a circular movement.

2. Using the special tool, release the end of travel pin (2a), undo the bolts (2b) and remove the brackets (2c) on both sides.

Removing the end of travel pins destroys them; use new replacement parts when refitting.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) on both sides, the five fixing bolts (1b) and remove the crossmember (1c) complete with blind.

- Release and remove the drivers from the sliding blind movement cables guide.

Refitting

- Fit the new drivers in the sliding blind movement cables guide.

Op. 7030B47 SLIDING ROOF CABLE GUIDE DEVICE - R.R

- Place the centre crossmember in the vehicle fitting the blind in the guides, tighten the fixing bolts to the sun roof frame and to the sun roof guides.

- Fit the mounting brackets and tighten the fixing bolts.

- Fit new end of travel pins and attach the blind to the drivers.
