0	PRELIMINARY CHECKS	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Do not carry out the checks with the customer''s SIM card. Carry out the test using a dedicated SIM card that is proved to have been working on other vehicles Check the intensity of the range received reading the number of bars on the display Check the electrical connection of the GSM aerial lead Check whether the GSM aerial is working by replacing it with a test one	Move on to Step 1	1.Poor reception in the area through lack of radio signal cover	1.Move to an area covered by the radio signal
			2. GSM aerial lead connection at Connect defective	2. Restore correct connection.
			3. GSM aerial defective	3. Replace the GSM aerial Op. 5570T61 MULTI-FUNCTION AERIAL - R R
1	ELECTRICAL CHECKS	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check that the speaker connections are correctly connected. If the customer complains of no or poor audio quality, check: That the microphone for the hands-free function is working properly Check that there are no microphone vibrations	Move on to Step 2	1.
