Remove :

  • The 6th gear bearing (3)
  • The 6th gear pinion (4); Using tools [5a], [7] and press

Remove :

  • The synchronizer ring (5) of the 6th gear pinion
  • The stop ring (6); Using tool [6]
  • The dog clutch sleeve (7) (5th - 6th gear)
  • The synchronizer ring (8) of the 5th gear pinion
  • 5th speed gear (9)
