HANDBRAKE CABLE - R+R

Operation 3380A30 · HANDBRAKE CONTROL AND LINKAGE

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 7040L22 REAR COVER ON TUNNEL - R.R.

1. Loosen the handbrake lever cable adjustment nut.

2. Disconnect the cable from the anchor.

- Raise the vehicle.

1. Undo the nut (1a) securing bracket (1b) to the body.

1. Disconnect cable (1a) from the brake calipers and remove from the intermediate fastenings (1b).

Refitting

- Connect the cable to the brake calipers and refit the intermediate fastenings.

- Tighten the bolt securing the bracket to the bodyshell.

- Lower the vehicle.

- Connect the cable to the anchor.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
