REAR FOG LAMPS NOT WORKING

The rear fog lamps are controlled and diagnosed directly by the Body Computer Node.

1	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
		Test results
	Connect the Examiner and check the following at the Body Computer Node: - error B1005 not present; - the plausibility of the Rear Fog Lamps On/Off parameter.	Move on to Step 2	1. Presence of error B1005 2. The fog lights on/off parameter does not change	1. Restore the correct connection See E2031 REAR FOG LAMPS 2. Move on to Step 5
2	CHECK ON OPERATION OF REAR FOG LAMPS	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check that the rear fog lamps are working properly and check the operation of the wiring	Move on to Step 3	Lamp not working	Replace the rear fog lamp Op. 5540E14 BULB (ONE) FOR ONE REAR FOG LAMP R+R
3	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Keeping the diagnostic equipment connected, check in active diagnosis that the rear fog lamps are working properly	Move on to Step 5	Rear fog lamps not working	Move on to Step 4
4	BODY COMPUTER CONNECTIONS CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check for distorted terminals or missing connections in the Body Computer	Move on to Step 6	Missing connections / bent pins	Renew the correct connections
5	REAR FOG LAMPS ON COMMAND CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check that the rear fog lamps control in the left control panel is working	Move on to Step 6	On/off button faulty	Replace the control panel Op. 7040A82 SWITCH UNIT ON LEFT SIDE OF DASHBOARD - R.R.
6	CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATION	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check that the fault is no longer present	End of diagnosis	The fault persists	Replace body computer Op. 5505A32 BODY COMPUTER - R.R
