Refitting (page 3 of 4)

- Fully tighten tensioner bracket nut and screw (arrowed); - remove the three bolts from their pulleys; - remove crankshaft reference tool 1860863000; - fit lower timing belt cover; - fit flywheel retainer 1867030000;

4 daNm + 60°

- fit Poly-V belt pulley, ensuring key fits properly into groove;

NOTE Apply LOCTITE FRENETANCH before tightening bolt.

- screw in retaining bolt and tighten to the specified torque. Then turn through an angle of 60°; - remove the flywheel retaining tool 1867030000 and fit engine flywheel guard; - fit upper front and rear guards; - fit the Poly-V belt by adjusting tensioner roller as shown in the figure (arrowed) to facilitate installation:
