• proceed as described in the figure to matain belt tensioner and fit tool 1860857000 into the hole on the engine block;
• then release the upper tensioner roller by resting on tool, which prevents further movement;

2.0 daNm

• fit a square-ended wrench in the groove on the lower tensioner roller. Proceed as shown in the figure until tool 1860857000 can be withdrawn from its seat;
• secure lower tensioner roller in this position by tightening to the specified torque;

4.5 daNm

• fit timing end power unit mount by tightening bolts to the specified torque;
• remove tool 1860872000 from lower beam;
• fit the other parts by reversing removal procedure.
