• Check the window in order to verify it is not damaged.

1. Degrease the window silk-screened perimeter with heptane and disposable paper.
2. Apply the window adhesion promoter(PRIMER) (2a)with the proper plug(2b) supplied with the kit, on the silk-screened perimeter .

• Wait for about 15 minutes before continuing with the next operation,to allow the evaporation of the window adhesion promotor (PRIMER)

• Use a new seal.
• Fit the seal on the window perimeter.

Note: Do not touch the previously treated areas with the hands.

1. Use the suction cups(1a) and place the window (1b) in its seat with a second operator help, mark the right alignment of the window with its seat with masking tape stripes (1c).
2. Cut the masking tape stripes, remove the window and place it on the stand with the help of a second operator.

1. With a pneumatic gun (1a) extrude a sealant cord (1b) along the window perimeter as evenly as possible. Start the operation from the centre of the bottom edge and continue without interruption for the entire window perimeter.
