1. With the help of a second operator, position the windscreen in its seat, consider the adjustment references (1a), position the belt (1b) and tension it to exert a uniform pressure on the entire windscreen to ensure perfect coupling between windscreen(1c), sealant (1d) and windscreen frame (1e).

• Before the car outer part refitting, test the absence of infiltration points.
• Apply soapy water with a sponge along the external perimeter and blow with compressed air from inside, to detect any infiltrations.
• Remove the wedges placed between roof panel and trim.
• Replace the roof panel trim snap fasteners.
• Remove the masking tape of protection and of window adjustment reference from the body edges.
• Position the door opening seal.
• Complete with Op. 7040H30 - FRONT PILLAR TRIM (ONE), LH OR RH - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 7065C68 - DRIVING MIRROR - r.r.
• Complete with Op. 7040E10 - FRONT CEILING LIGHT - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 7065C34 - SUNSCREEN VISOR (ONE), LH OR RH - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 7065C30 - PASSENGER COMPARTMENT HANDLE (ONE), LH OR RH - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 5050C32- WIPING ARM COMPLETE OF FRONT WINDSCREEN WIPER- R.R.

Do not handle the vehicle until the time has lapsed recommended by the sealant supplier.
