7005A04 - FRONT SIDE DOOR WATER PROTECTION - R.R. OR POSITIONING WITH PANEL REMOVED

Removal

  1. Remove the water guard (1a).
  • Carefully remove the protection ensuring that it is not damaged in the process and then store it in a place protected from dust in order to avoid damaging the glue coating the edge (1b).

Refitting

Check that the water guard is not damaged or torn.

  1. Position the water guard (1a).
  • Ensure that the adhesive seam (1b)adheres to the frame of the door; if the adhesive is no longer able to ensure a perfect seal the water guard must be replaced.

7005A05 - FRONT SIDE DOOR WATER PROTECTION - R.R. OR POSITIONING

Removal

  • Carry out Op. 7005E34 - INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL MOULDING ON FRONT SIDE DOOR FRAME - R.R.
  • Carry out Op. 7005E18 - FRONT SIDE DOOR ARM REST - R.R.
  • Follow Op. 7005E08 - FRONT SIDE DOOR INNER PANEL - R.R.
  • Follow Op. 7005A04 - FRONT SIDE DOOR WATER PROTECTION - R.R. or positioning with door panel removed.

Refitting

  • Complete with Op. 7005A04 - FRONT SIDE DOOR WATER PROTECTION - R.R. or positioning with door panel removed.
  • Complete with Op. 7005E08 - FRONT SIDE DOOR INNER PANEL - R.R.
  • Complete with Op. 7005E18 - FRONT SIDE DOOR ARMREST - R.R.
  • Complete with Op. 7005E34 - INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL MOULDING ON FRONT SIDE DOOR FRAME - R.R.
