1. Insert the key (1a) in the lock, pull off the end part (1b), remove the spring (1c), pull off the retaining clip (1d), withdraw the pawl (1e) from the block (1f).

Refitting

• Insert the pawl into the block and lock it using the retaining spring and then refit the spring and the end part.

Check the correct functioning of the block and that the lock control mechanism operates properly.

• Complete with Op. 7005C34 - FRONT SIDE DOOR LOCK - R+R with door panel removed.
• Reposition the water guard.
• Complete with Op. 7005E08 - FRONT SIDE DOOR INNER PANEL - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 7005E18 - FRONT SIDE DOOR ARMREST - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 7005E34 - INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL MOULDING ON FRONT SIDE DOOR FRAME - R.R.

7005C34 - FRONT SIDE DOOR LOCK - R.R. WITH DOOR PANEL REMOVED

Removal

• Partly detach the water guard.

1. Pull off the locking plate(1a)withdraw the lock (1b).

Refitting

• Position the lock in its seating and secure it with the locking plate.
• Reposition the water guard.

• Carry out Op. 7005E34 - INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL MOULDING ON FRONT SIDE DOOR FRAME - R.R.
• Carry out Op. 7005E18 - FRONT SIDE DOOR ARM REST - R.R.
• Carry out Op. 7005E08 - FRONT SIDE DOOR INNER PANEL - R.R.
• Partly detach the water guard.
• Carry out Op. 7005C34 - FRONT SIDE DOOR LOCK - R.R.

Refitting

• Complete with Op. 7005C34 - FRONT SIDE DOOR LOCK - R.R.
• Reposition the water guard.
• Complete with Op. 7005E08 - FRONT SIDE DOOR INNER PANEL - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 7005E18 - FRONT SIDE DOOR ARMREST - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 7005R10 - Manually controlled DOOR MIRROR (one) - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 7005E34 - INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL MOULDING ON FRONT SIDE DOOR FRAME - R.R.
