Reassembly

• Test the efficiency and the right alignment of the hatchback door.
• Restore the sealing between hinge and roof panel trim.
• If necessary, restore the painting in hinge area.

7015A20 - HATCHBACK DOOR - R.R.

Removal

• Lift the hatchback door.
• Remove rear window washer pipe (1a), operate on clips(1b) and release the rear support rods(1c) from the upper fastener (1d).

1. Unscrew the clamping screws (1a) of hinges (1b), then with the help of a second operator remove the hatchback door from the car.

Reassembly

• With a second operator help's, position the hatchback door on hinges and tighten the fixing screws.
• Insert the telescopic rods of hatchback door support in their seat.
• Replace the rear window washer pipe.
• Complete with Op. 7015A14 - HATCHBACK DOOR - PROFILING AND CENTERING ADJUSTMENT - CARRY OUT SEAL AND HINGE ACCOMMODATION ON COMPATMENT.

7015A24 - HATCHBACK DOOR HINGE - REPAIR OR REPLACE WITH PANEL REMOVED

Removal

• Carry out Op. 7015A20 - HATCHBACK DOOR - R.R.

1. Partly remove the hatchback door seal.
2. Remove the snap fasteners (2a) which secure the roof panel trim(2b) in the rear part with proper tool(2c).
