  1. Properly lower the roof panel trim (1a)and position suitable spacers (1b), then unscrew the fixing washers and screws(1c) and remove the hatchback door hinge (1d).

Reassembly

  1. Remove the sealant traces (1a) in the area near hinge seat,insert between hinge(1b)and roof panel(1c) a suitable thermofoaming sealant (1d), secure the hinge with fixing washers and screws (1e).

Removal

  • Lift the hatchback door.
  1. Operate on the clip (1a) and remove the telescopic rod (1b) of the hatchback door and rear pillar fixing device.

Reassembly

  • Assemble the pressure telescopic rod on the rear pillar and hatchback door fixing device.
