Dismantling

1. Undo the retaining nuts.

2. Remove the preconverter from the studs on the turbocharger

1. Unscrew nuts (1a) and remove exhaust manifold (1b) from turbocharger (1c).

Reassembling

Fit the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold and tighten the retaining nuts to torque.

	Nut	TURBOCHARGER	M8	2.5

Tighten the nuts fixing the catalytic preconverter to the turbocharger to the specified torque.
