Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to

2 .
Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to
Cooling System Draining, Filling and
Bleeding (26.10.01)

3 .
Remove the auxiliary battery tray. For additional information, refer to
Auxiliary Battery Tray

4 .
Remove the RH EGR valve outlet tube. For additional information, refer to
Exhaust Gas
Recirculation (EGR) Valve Outlet Tube (17.45.18)
(Section 303-08)
5 .
Remove the fuel line securing bracket.
Release the fuel lines.
Remove the fuel line securing bracket retaining bolt.
6 .
Disconnect the EGR valve electrical connector.
7 .
Disconnect the coolant inlet hose from the EGR valve.
Release the clip.
