  1. Release rear edge of hoodwell carpet and release 5 clips.
  2. Fold rear of hood, up to release from body.

  1. Drill out 5 pop rivets securing each retaining strip and collect retaining strips.
  2. Drill out any rivet heads still captive in hood frame.

  1. Loosen cable locking screws and release cables from outer cover.

NOTE: Leave cables attached at header rail.

  1. Release outer cover flaps from adhesive on 1st and 2nd hood bows.
