  1. Remove 4 nuts securing inlet manifold to cylinder head.
  2. Remove inlet manifold.
  3. Collect 2 locating rings.
  4. Remove front pipe to manifold gasket. See this section.

  1. Disconnect HO2S multiplug from harness.
  2. Release cable tie securing HO2S lead to harness.
Release cable tie securing HO2S lead to harness.
  1. Remove 2 nuts and washers securing exhaust manifold to cylinder head.
  2. Remove bolt securing breather pipe to cylinder head.
  3. Release breather pipe from exhaust manifold stud.
  4. Remove exhaust manifold.
  5. Remove and discard exhaust manifold gasket.
