WINDSCREEN WIPER MOTOR

Service repair no - 84.15.12

Remove

  1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
Windscreen wiper motor – Disconnect battery earth lead.
  1. Remove 3 bolts securing wiper motor bracket to bulkhead.
  2. Move wiper motor and bracket aside to gain access to nut securing linkage to motor.
  3. Remove nut securing linkage to motor.
Windscreen wiper motor – Remove nut securing linkage to motor.
  1. Release clip securing harness to wiper motor bracket.
  2. Disconnect harness multiplug from wiper motor.
Windscreen wiper motor – Disconnect harness multiplug from wiper motor.
  1. Remove wiper motor and bracket.
  2. Remove 3 bolts securing wiper motor to bracket.
  3. Remove wiper motor from bracket.

Refit

  1. Fit wiper motor to bracket and tighten bolts to 5 Nm.
  2. Connect harness multiplug to wiper motor.
  3. Secure harness to wiper motor bracket with clip.
  4. Fit linkage to wiper motor and tighten nut to 10 Nm.
  5. Fit bolts securing wiper motor bracket to bulkhead.
  6. Connect battery earth lead.
