Replace border weatherstrip - L48   Remove 1.   Detach moulded headlining L48 2.   Detach front water drain hose actuation unit •   Remove 2x hoses 3.   Detach rear water drain hose actuation unit •   Remove 2x hoses 4.   Separate front wiring harness actuation unit •   Disconnect 2x wiring harness plug 5.   Release actuation unit •   Unscrew 20x screws 6.   Remove actuation unit Note:   2nd mechanic required. 7.   Detach rubber seal •   Remove rubber seals from guide   Install 8.   Install rubber seal (1) Note:   Place rubber seal with cinematic sunroof in front area on markings (2) •   Insert rubber seal into guide Note:   Cut off the rubber at the lower area of the opening of the cinematic (3) •   Cut off extra rubber seal and glue end to abutting seal (4) (super glue) 9.   Insert actuation unit Note:   2nd mechanic required. •   Fasten with 3x screws 10.   Install actuation unit •   Tighten 20x screws 11.   Connect front wiring harness actuation unit •   Connect 2x wiring harness plugs 12.   Attach rear water drain hose actuation unit •   Pin up 2x hoses 13.   Attach front water drain hose actuation unit •   Pin up 2x hoses 14.   Install moulded headlining L48
