HOOD COMPARTMENT UPPER TRIM PANEL

REMOVAL/REFITTING

  • With the hood open, open the hood lid.
  1. Remove the plastic cover, using tool no. 1.823.014.000.
  2. Slacken the two screws.
  3. Remove the trim panel.

Refit the trim panel the sequence followed for removal and aligning it with the hood lid.

HOOD LID SEAL

REMOVAL/REFITTING

  • Open the hood and the hood lid.
  1. Slacken the two screws.
  2. Remove the front trim plate.
  3. Using tool N° 1.823.015.000 remove the two fastening caps.
  4. Detach the front bi-adhesive edge.
  5. Withdraw and remove the seal.

Clean and degrease the areas in contact with the adhesive part of the seal and refit the seal reversing the sequence followed for removal.
