PIPE FROM VIBRATION DAMPER TO SLAVE CYLINDER

Removing

- Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir cap and fit the tool.

1. Retract the clip and disconnect the oil supply pipe to the operating cylinder from the three-way connector.

- Open the intermediate pipe retaining clip from the vibration damper to the operating cylinder.

1. Undo the connector and remove the pipe from the vibration damper to the operating cylinder.

Refitting

- Place the pipe from the vibration damper to the operating cylinder in position and tighten the connector.

- Connect the fluid pipe to the operating cylinder, three-way connector side and secure it using the retaining clip.

- Close the intermediate pipe retaining clip from the vibration damper to the operating cylinder.

Removing

For right hand drive versions

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Connect a suitable container to the clutch actuator bleed valve and drain all the brake-clutch fluid.

1. Lift up the clip (1a) and disconnect the flexible pipe (1b) from the clutch control actuator.

1. Undo the connector (1a), open the clip (1b) and remove the pipe from the vibration damper to the slave cylinder (1c).

- If necessary, loosen the connector and disconnect the pipes removed previously.

Refitting

- Place the pipe from the vibration damper to the slave cylinder in position, tighten the damper side connector and close the retaining clip.

- Connect the flexible pipe to the clutch control actuator and attach the retaining clip.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
