Removing

- Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir cap and fit the tool.

1. Retract the clip and disconnect the oil supply pipe to the operating cylinder from the three-way connector.

- Open the intermediate pipe retaining clip from the vibration damper to the operating cylinder.

1. Open the pipe retaining clip from the reservoir to the clutch pump.

2. Lift up the clip, disconnect the vibration damper complete with supply pipe to the operating cylinder and remove it.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and separate the vibration damper (1b) for the operating cylinder supply pipe (1c).

- Remove the O-ring.

Refitting

- Fit a new O-ring on the vibration damper connector, clutch pump side.

- Connect the operating cylinder supply pipe to the vibration damper and tighten the connector.

- Place the vibration damper and operating cylinder supply pipe assembly in position.

- Connect the vibration damper to the clutch pump and attach the retaining clip.

- Close the pipe retaining clip from the reservoir to the clutch pump.

- Connect the fluid pipe to the operating cylinder, three-way connector side and secure it using the retaining clip.

- Close the intermediate pipe retaining clip from the vibration damper to the operating cylinder.

Removing

For right hand drive versions

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Connect a suitable container to the clutch actuator bleed valve and drain all the brake-clutch fluid.

1. Undo the inlet and outlet pipe connectors from the vibration damper.

2. Undo the nuts and remove the vibration damper.

Refitting

- Place the vibration damper in position and tighten the nuts.

- Tighten the inlet and outlet pipe connectors to the vibration damper.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
