Removing

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

1. Loosen the bands and remove the turbocharger air outlet hose.

Refitting

- Place the turbocharger air outlet hose back in its housing and tighten the bands.

1.4 16v TJet

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

1. Loosen the band securing the turbocharger air outlet hose, turbocharger side.

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

1. Loosen the band and remove the turbocharger air outlet hose.

Refitting

- Place the turbocharger air outlet hose back in its housing and tighten the band, heat exchanger side.

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

- Tighten the band securing the turbocharger air outlet hose, turbocharger side.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
