Removing

Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R

Op. 1072B53 AIR CHAMBER REINFORCEMENT BRACKET - R.R.

Op. 1080D34 ENGINE OIL VAPOUR SEPARATOR - R + R

1. Disconnect the supercharging air by-pass valve electrical connection.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the supercharging air intake pipe, rigid pipe side.

3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the supercharging air by-pass valve (3b) complete with pipes.

1. If necessary, loosen the bands and remove the pipes (1a) from the supercharging by-pass valve (1b).

Refitting

- Connect the pipes to the supercharging by-pass valve and tighten the bands.

- Place the supercharging air by-pass valve in position complete with pipes and tighten the nuts.

- Connect the supercharging air intake pipe, rigid pipe side and tighten the band.

- Connect the supercharging air by-pass valve electrical connection.
