Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 4450B08 RIGHT REAR WHEEL - R.R

Op. 7055B45 RIGHT REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R

Op. 1040A37 FUEL FILLER PIPE HOUSING SEAL - R.R.

1. Loosen the bolts fixing the filler flange to the bodyshell.

1. Loosen the bands securing the back flow pipe (1a) and fuel filler pipe (1b) and disconnect them from the tank.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the fuel filler pipe (1b).

1. Remove the connectors from the fuel filler pipe and from the back flow pipe.

Refitting

- Fit new connectors on the fuel filler pipe and on the back flow pipe.

- Place the fuel filler pipe in its housing and secure it to the bodyshell using the bolt.

- Connect the blow back pipe and to the fuel filler pipe to the tank and tighten the bands.

- Tighten the bolts fixing the filler flange to the bodyshell.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
